Four pear-cut lab-created pink sapphires are claw-set point-in, like petals around a white pavé heart, and bright cubic zirconia fills the quadrants between them so the whole face reads as one round bloom. The band is a thin line of white pavé; beneath the face, the gallery is pierced open in the same four-petal figure.
