The sky at first color, set in stone. An oval lab-created pink topaz rides at the center in claw prongs, and around it a cluster of lab-created amethyst, blue topaz, peridot and white sapphire fills the band shoulder to shoulder — ovals and rounds packed in two loose rows, gold catching between them, with the back of the band left smooth and polished.
From The Otherworld series — Duskgild's light register: the same hands and the same solid 925 sterling silver, turned toward first light instead of dusk. The gold is 18k gilding over that silver — the gold is a finish, the silver underneath is real — and because every cluster is set by hand, the layout shifts slightly from ring to ring. No two are set exactly alike.

Keep dry; polish the raised silver gently and leave the oxidized recesses dark — the finish is meant to deepen with wear.
