Wearing it
Sovereign works at two distances. Across a room it's a purple statement ring; at conversation distance the skull beneath the stone introduces itself. The thorns wind the full band, so the detail doesn't stop when the face turns away from you. Made in whole sizes, US 2 through 13 — and it runs well beside the Vigil Signet without repeating it: opal over bone on one hand, a purple stone over bone on the other.
